Matching Request Form
The Texas A&M University Matching Request Form, available at the following link, can be used to assist Texas A&M investigators in coordinating matching funds for a grant application when multiple departments, colleges or other administrative units are participating.

Matching Form Attachments (These attachments should be used when more space is needed than is provided on the form. See form for specific use):
- Attachment 1 (use for additional investigators)
- Attachment 2 (use for additional matches and approval signatures)
- Attachment 3 (use for additional signatures)
When form is completed, print and route for approval to department(s), college(s), and other units providing matching funds.
