Research Scientist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes projects, supervises research personnel and independently prepares research proposals.

The nature of the duties are such that they require knowledge of an advanced type in a field of science or learning, are predominantly intellectual and varied in character, and require consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate doctoral degree and a minimum of 6 years relevant professional experience.

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications, but usually not less than $2,750/month on a full-time basis. Salary is normally paid from research funds.
