Senior Research Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assigned specific duties and responsibilities pertaining to research activities by the principal investigator or project leader. Works independently and/or maintains a supervisory role in certain aspects of the research. May be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of certain research related equipment or procedures. May be involved in evaluation or oversight of other research personnel.

The nature of the duties are such that they require knowledge of an advanced type in a field of science or learning, are predominantly intellectual and varied in character, and require consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Relevant masters degree or baccalaureate degree and at least 5 years relevant experience required.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications, but not less than $1,750/month on a full-time basis. Salary is normally paid from research funds.
